Not Heeding Good Advice Can Be Costly

A little over a year ago, I told you about a chump who decided it was a good idea to urinate on the cop that had arrested him for DUI.

WSAW-TV is reporting that the chump just got sentenced to a year, fined $3,600, and had his licensed suspended for three years.

I wonder if he thinks it was worth it now.

  1. The original link to the newspaper report doesn't work. I'm curious if all he did was pee on the cop? If so...one year seem like a long sentence for that. $3600 seems like a high fine. I wonder if there is more to this story?? We have people driving drunk which is a greater risk to public safety (including patrol cops) and they (drunk drivers) that get caught don't get sentenced to jail...and the fine is about a third of $3600.

  2. Nevermind. The story was just on the news and apparently he was arrested for his 4th or 5th OWI...so the sentence reflects that crime. The peeing on the cop part was dropped in a plea deal. Apparently he said he didn't mean to pee on the cop. Now...I have to ask is 1 year in jail long enough for a 4th or 5th OWI?? I'll bet he gets huber and an occupational DL.
