While perusing Scott Walker's tweets, (thanks Kev), I came across this one:

The headline he was referring to is this one:

Foster care workers feel overworked, unsupported, study finds

Maybe if Walker wasn't busy jaunting around the state on the tax payer dime, he would realize that County workers, nor Milwaukee County citizens, aren't feeling any better about his level of management.

The difference is that Walker is directly and personally responsible for the problems he is causing.
